The citric acid is what helps prevent browning.

We do have Whole Foods but it’s at least 30minutes away. Thank goodness more stores are carrying – stuff, Walmart, Target and also having a Sprouts store nearby is great.

Also I have one extended family member who is gluten free and now also doing sugar free for health reasons..So family parties have become more of a headache. I’ll have to show this to my mom. This may actually be do-able for us.
