Ingredients
2apples Gala, Fuji, or Granny Smith
1/4cupstrawberries
1/4cupblueberries
2-3tablespoonsshredded coconut
2-3tablespoonsgranola
2-3tablespoonssliced almonds
1/2cupchocolate chips
1tablespooncoconut oil
Instructions
Slice the apples thinly (and toss them in lemon juice or Fruit Fresh to prevent browning, if desired).
Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in your microwave until pourable.
Start building the nachos with a layer of sliced apples as the base. Drizzle some of the melted chocolate over the apples.
Add the strawberries and blueberries and some more chocolate.
Add the granola, coconut, and sliced almonds (and more chocolate, if you have any left!)
Chill your Apple Nachos for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
