Bill, I wanted to offer some info about the inner pots for instant pots:

Our cat is quite high-strung. I have found that diffusing Feliwell (ours is in the bedroom where she likes to spend time) goes a long way to helping her feel calm. We have three boxes for her (we originally got 2 cats and one died shortly after so we just kept the extra box, as it’s a big house). I use a corn-based flushable clumping litter, cleaning it once or twice daily and changing it monthly. Make certain that there is enough litter in the box, or that may upset the cat!

I wonder if this could be done in something like a double boiler. Instant pots have that coating on the metal and we avoid the potential risks from cooking in coated metal

It’s just the two of us so we don’t need quite so many. If that’s you, search the ‘net for how to hard cook eggs in the air fryer. Very fast and easy, come out with yolks centered (perfect for deviled eggs!). Plunge into cold water and they shell easy. We do 4-6 eggs at a time in our 6 qt. air fryer.
